Billing and Refund Policy:

Your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of each subscription period.   The charge on your credit card will read "SRO Systems".   To avoid unwanted charges you must cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription period.

To cancel your subscription, please E-mail us using the name you subscribed under at support@srohosting.com or call toll free: (877) 276-HOST.

NOTE: We will NOT issue a credit back for charges that have already been made prior to a cancellation request for a monthly subscription but you will always receive full service time for all charges.

Annual subscriptions will be pro-rated for the time used.
