Step 5
The 'Incoming User Name' is the name you use to login to the mail server. For SRO email accounts, this will be your full hosted email address including the domain name.
Note that Thunderbird will automatically set your outgoing username to the same name as your incoming user name if your outgoing and incoming mail servers are the same.
